Wendy Jennings is a southwest Michigan native and has been a regular visitor of the Punta Gorda area since 1996, making it her permanent home in 2016. Wendy's family has owned business properties and multiple rental properties that she has managed over the years. Wendy brings her experience in property management to Deep Creek Home Watch in Punta Gorda, FL.

 

After beginning to take care of a friend's property while they were away, Wendy noticed a need for professional home watch services in her community. She then developed Deep Creek Home Watch, where she provides her clients an advocate for their homes as well as peace of mind in their absence.

 

Wendy is a Certified Home Watch Boot Camp graduate, and an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) which is accomplished by being thoroughly vetted by the NHWA for proper insurances and bonding coverage, criminal background check, and having a verified website. In addition to proper vetting, the NHWA also uses an examination to test for the best practices and provides thorough on the job training for the member. Holding the title of "Certified Home Watch Professional" lets the public know that they are hiring a true professional that has passed several vetting, training, and examinations to provide world class service.
