" I have known Ms. Jennings for the 3 years I have owned a condo in the Deep Creek area of Punta Gorda, Florida.  What impressed me was her diligence and punctuality in clearly informing me of my condo's status.

What completely sold me on her business and performance, were her extremely conscientious efforts on my behalf during and after hurricane Ian.  In addition to keeping me constantly updated on my condo's status, she took it upon herself to send pictures of the damage I sustained, which prompted and are a significant part of  my insurance claim.  In addition, she took it upon herself to remove spoiled food from, and clean my refrigerator.  She also mopped up excess water which the storm deposited."
